Vandaag plofte OOR, mijn muzikale lijfblad sedert midden jaren zeventig, op de mat. In dit nummer ruime aandacht voor de honderd beste cd's van het afgelopen decennium, de jaren nul. Dit artikel spoorde mij aan ook zo'n lijst aan te leggen uit mijn eigen collectie, zoals je hieronder aantreft. Ik heb mij maar niet gewaagd aan een echte ranglijst, dat lijkt me niet te doen. De schuingedrukte komen ook voor in de OORlijst. Wat ik weggelaten heb zijn cd's die ik speciaal voor Carla heb gekocht, verder heruitgaven, verzamel-cd's en ontijdig uitgebrachte live-albums.

Het jaar 2004 is een beetje karig bedeeld, omdat ik, na het overlijden van Carla's vader, er een jaar lang geen zin in had. Verder heb ik pas één cd uit 2009 gekocht. Dit omdat ik categorisch weiger meer dan 10 euro voor een cd neer te tellen. Zodoende loop ik chronisch bijna een jaar achter op de feiten. Het zij zo.
